· Licensed Assistant –2/02-11/04 Gael Grove, Frank Howard Allen Realtors, Petaluma. Managed and Closed 35 transactions a year for a Top Producing Agent. Performed tasks as “Buyers Agent”, “Partner” and “Assistant”.
· File Auditor-1/95-1-96 First California Mortgage Company, Petaluma. Coordinated 5-10 person team for critical loan documents. Worked with Title Companies, Recorder’s offices. Set up Wholesale and Retail originations.
· Supervisor-Loan Processing-1/89-1/95 First Interstate Bank, San Francisco. Re-examined loan files for accuracy and compliance with investor and bank guidelines. Trained Loan Processors in bank policies and procedures, secondary marketing and compliance. Conditioned loan packages to assure for proper documents and funding conditions.
· Loan Processor II– 1/89-8-94 Sacramento Savings Bank, San Francisco. Originated, processed and underwrote construction, land, refinance and purchase loans in excess of $11 Million a month.
· Loan Representative/Sub-Agent– 8/86-1/89 California Federal Savings and Loan, San Francisco. Consulted with Real Estate Agents and their clients to create financial strategies and produce pre-qualification letters and closings. Managed purchase and refinance loan packages ranging from $20,000 to $2.4 million.
· Loan Processor– 6/86-8/86 Liberty Mortgage Company, Folsom.. Prepared correspondence and loan papers for loan packages, which were brokered out to major lending institutions. Processed FHA, VA, purchase and refinance loan packages.
· Loan Processor– 1/86-6-86 California Federal Savings and Loan, Daly City. Processed auto loan applications, including initial underwriting, for approval within one hour of receiving application.
